Payment timing	Payment is made when the order for a credit pack is confirmed.
Timing of provision of credits	Credits are granted to the user’s account immediately after payment is completed. * Credit grants may be delayed due to system failures, delays in external services, or similar causes.
Validity period of credits	The 30 credits granted free of charge at first account registration: 180 days from the date of grant. Purchased credits: 180 days from the date of purchase.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds	Because this is a digital information service, purchased credits are generally non-refundable. That said, so that new users can try the service quality before purchasing, we grant 30 credits free of charge at first registration. Please consider purchasing a credit pack after confirming the quality of the analysis feature with these free credits. Notwithstanding the above, we will accept refund requests through our prescribed procedures if any of the following applies: Purchased credits were not correctly granted due to our intent or gross negligence. The analysis feature was continuously unavailable due to our intent or gross negligence. Any other case where a refund is required by law. Please contact us by email for refund requests. After verifying your identity, we will process the refund by a method appropriate to the payment means used. Payment processing fees and other incidental costs may be borne by the user. * Credits consumed after running an analysis are not eligible for a refund, even where the reason is dissatisfaction with the quality of the analysis. However, where an analysis did not complete normally (system error, missing output, clear malfunction, etc.), no credit is consumed for that analysis (if a credit is consumed, we will return it).

Service description	WasaView uses AI to analyze the Google reviews of facilities such as accommodations and presents an honest, critical summary to support the user’s choice. Analysis results are provided as reference information for the user’s own decision-making, and do not constitute a factual determination or legal evaluation of the subject facility. Coverage is limited to facilities located in Japan (the covered area will be expanded over time).
